Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
• Orders under $50 are charged a shipping rate based on weight and destination, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

International orders

Where international shipping is offered, rates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, email us at info@bluegrovebrands.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if it's damaged. We'll make it right.
